We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.

Shipping Times

Orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Estimated delivery time is 7–35 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Please note that the estimated delivery timeframe does not include order processing time.

Shipping Rates

• Orders under $150 CAD: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and available shipping options.

• Orders of $150 CAD or more: A flat shipping rate of $19.99 CAD applies.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

International Orders, Customs & Duties

Because we ship worldwide, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated.

Customs processing may also cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with Canada Post to ensure your order is delivered safely, shipping delays can occasionally occur.

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you in tracking the shipment.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of our store.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
